Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for William Pat Allred Dilmore, 77 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Magee General Hospital in Magee.
Reverend Bryson Haden will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Calhoun Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites at graveside. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.
Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
Mr. Dilmore was born on October 8, 1938 in Mount Olive, Mississippi. He was disabled. Mr. Dilmore was a United States Army veteran. He was a member of the Mount Olive Masonic Lodge # 264, and was a Master Mason. Mr. Dilmore was a member of the Calhoun Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence T. Dilmore and Eva E. Bishop Dilmore; three sisters, Leah M. Dilmore, Beulah Dilmore Butler, and Martha Dilmore Ellison; and two brothers, Billy D. Dilmore and Clarence E. Dilmore.
Survivors include one sister, Edna Dilmore Barrett of Utica; two brothers, Hershel R. Dilmore of Mount Olive, and Robert S. Dilmore of Olney, Texas; his niece and caregiver, Becky Beckham of Mount Olive; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
