Winnie Dean White

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Winnie Dean White, 93 of Collins, who passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Reverend Troy Hobson will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery in Collins. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive guests from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, Mississippi.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

Dean enjoyed coin collecting, singing, sports, and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd White; one daughter, Beverly White; her parents, J.C. Hobson and Martha Ann Wall Hobson.

Survivors include her sons, Scott White (Marsie) of Collins and Al White (Stacey) of Sumrall; daughter, Terri White (Earl Collins) of Collins; three grandchildren, Lesli White of Mount Olive, Eli White of Sumrall and Chloe White of Sumrall; one great grandchild, Micah McNair of Mount Olive.
